“卡盘”是机床上用来夹紧工件的机械装置。济南嘉华创新科技专业生产液压重型卡盘，其“液压自定心双向卡盘”为国内乃世界首创，一是解决了薄壁零件夹紧变形的难题，二是可以将2件不同的工件自动同心夹紧，比如风电铁塔、和电力铁塔生产中，钢管和法兰的焊接可以用“液压自定心双向卡盘”进行自动对中、自动焊接。其“伺服卡盘”也是国内乃世界首创，可以夹紧不同形状的工件，可以进行多种偏心加工。卡盘直径可达1800mm。
